CAAEYC
California Association for the Education of Young Children (CAAEYC) is dedicated to advancing excellence throughout the early care and education profession. We are a membership organization throughout the state of California, with 18 local chapters and more than 4,000 members including early learning teachers, family child care providers, higher education faculty, quality early learning coaches and mentors, parents and others dedicated to quality learning experiences for children birth to age 8 in California. We welcome you to join our association and efforts.
As a statewide association we host the Annual CAAEYC Conference and Expo, Forum for Professional Development, regional professional development events, legislative advocacy and training and a job board. Our eConnectionsbimonthly newsletter is electronically delivered to an audience of nearly 4,000 readers and includes updates on our activities and events, as well as highlighting legislation, current issues and practices in quality early learning nationally and locally. Biannually we publish our digital Connections Journal, with articles on current and relevant topics, from respected sources as well as tips and resources for all involved in early learning in California. We also partner with other groups to provide an annual Early Learning Advocacy Day, professional development, and other events.
As a statewide leader in quality learning and qualified workforce in California we are proud to offer the ECE Shared Resources California portal to all early learning and care stakeholders in our state. One of the greatest opportunities of these resources is the opportunity for all stakeholders to access common information, resources and information to ensure consistent, seamless and united high-quality learning experiences for young children birth through age 8.
