The California Child Care Resource & Referral Network supports local resource and referral agencies to recruit, train, and retain licensed family child care homes. The Network also leads policy and research work to advocate for child care access for families, including Family, Friend and Neighbor care.

R&Rs help families find child-care that best meets their needs, recruit and train child care providers, and collect data from parents and child care providers to inform state policy and understand current trends for providers and families.
